- 05 Aug 2022 - A new geoid model is now available for the Hellenic area. More information available in the Results section.
- 18 May 2022 - The project team will participate in the EGU 2022 conference and will give two presentations. The first entitled "Zero-height geopotential level estimation for the homogenization and modernization of the Vertical Datum of Greece" will be made on Wednesday 25th of May between 09:02 and 09:08 - Room 2.16. The second entitled "Investigation of different geoid computation techniques in the frame of the ModernGravNet project" will be presented on the same day between 10:48 and 10:55 - Room K1.
- 31 Aug 2021 - Gravity, GNSS and leveling measurements as well as the validation of the Hellenic gravity network have now been completed. Photos from the measurements may be viewed at the Results section.
- 20 Jun 2021 - The ModernGravNet project team will participate in the IAG 2021 - Geodesy for a Sustainable Earth Symposium and will present their work on the "Validation of the Hellenic gravity network in the frame of the ModernGravNet project". Tuesday 29th of June (Session 2a.1 P5).
